They always give you wrong info about delivery appointment..make sure you call receiver before you pick up the load...stay away from them

Got a load from these brokers. They lied to me for the delivery appointment. Got an appointment for Sunday (4/11/2021) and I got another load after that and when the driver got at the receiver, the gate guard has told him that his appointment is for tomorrow (same time as Sunday BUT ON MONDAY(04/12/2021)) and I had to cancel the next load and in that way to lose money. They just got back once on my e-mail (after 3 e-mails by me) saying that they requested layover (6 days ago) Since then I sent few e-mails asking what is going on, no reply back.
Cherry on the top - the driver was held at the shipper for 7 hrs, no detention for that either

I didn't have any issues with them but now my factoring company does looks like someone isn't paying their bills

Truck load has been booked with Michelle Reedom from dupre from Lafayette, LA office. After driver arrived she cancelled the load and refuse to pay TONU to the driver. chicago to cinci = 600$ load.
Please stay away from this person and do not recorded book loads with this person. Will be reported on DAT as well

The office in Lafayette LA for Dupre Logistics is an amazing crew of people to deal with. Everyone there is great and we would never ask for better brokers Tierra, D.L, Miles and everyone else on the team are professional and know every part of the chemical/hazmat business.

Was literally run off the road by one of their drivers.

I called them for that was posted on the load board. Talked to there representative Named suhail about the load details. We agreed rate. He told me will send me rate con shortly, cuz he never did, called several times running away from phones calls.. is called double booked,, stay away this company

I would not recommend this place to work i just worked for them and didnt pay for all my hours that i worked for them!! I had horrible experience with them,trainers are really bad!!! Working early hours long shifts and does not pay all my hours!!! Im glad i left them and didnt even gave them two weeks notice!!! Found another job!! Dont go work for them!! No wonder why they are giving sign on bonuses cuz nobody won’t work for them!!! Have a nice day!!

Carriers STAY AWAY they do not pay TONU booked a load with jmgardner and did not give all of the info got to the pickup and got rejected because they wanted wood floors

We had an awful experience working with Dupre Logistics. This company does't pay detention, they don't reimburse lumpers. I booked a load with account manager Kellie Smith, and belive me she doesn't care about your problems. We didn't got paid for extra miles, that driver did , because shipper loaded 46k lbs on reefer. She was unable to reschedule appointment for delivery, when driver spent 7 hours at the pickup and of course Kellie didn't paid detention at the shipper and receiver. Also we got a $80 lumper at the delivery and Account manager asked driver to pay from his pocket, after he paid Kellie rejected to reimburse full lumper amount even with receip!!! When you try to figure out with Kellie she just hang up on you. That's not the first time we have this problems with Dupre, now they are in blacklist and I'm happy that we not gonna work with them again. There are a lot of good brokers in US, don't waste your time working with this liars.

I m in the parking lot of a gas station at 87 and 98 Elberta Alabama and your trucker just came in like the tanker was on fire. Idle speed would be nice. Tank number 22237. Truck number usdot 214438. There were a lot of people coming in when he flew off CORD 87

Dupre' is a great place to work. The company works hard to ensure the employees are in the ideal place to work. Pay packages are among the best in the industry. Equipment average age is in the three year range. The culture is warm and friendly. Safety is the highest priority. I have been here six years now and I am glad I made the change.

Me and my 3 year old son just had a horrible encounter with a driver for this company. As we were walking out of a gas station into the parking lot I notice a truck driving full speed to the point that we ran to avoid a fatal situation
The truck was driving so fast over a turn that it was leaning to the side...mind you we are in a gas station parking lot! I called the company and spoke with a person is safety name Darren who said that he would "forward" my complaint and I had to request a follow up by this unknown person. This just happen 10 minutes ago
.needless to say that I am pissed about this entire situation! Update: The manager over this particular truck called me right away...he was sincere and ensured me that this matter would be taken care of. I'm still very upset that this happened but the response from the manager was very professional and showed that at least he cares about the safety of not only his drivers but others.

Dupré's safety record is as good as it gets. This company cares about its drivers and making the road safer for one and all. My dealings with the company have proven that the employees care and lead with heart.

We booked a load from MS -MI with them and they lied to us with shipping hrs and delivery hrs they told us a time to deliver and when we got there appointment was set for 3 days later ....They did not help us to unload my truck they did not do nothing but being RUDE AND NASTY broker and manager so called !!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!

Spent $986 on a uhaul, around $400 in fuel to drive 1200 miles, put a $800 deposit down, $490 for the rest of December's rent and signed a $4800 6 month lease to stay in wright wyoming to work for Dupre.
it should have been a money making job.

But literally 7 days later, this guy Randy Hudkins shook my hand and said "drivers like me are a valuable commodity and i can go anywhere with my skills" and told me I don't have a job anymore!!!!! THIS EVEN SOUNDED LIKE A LINE REHEARSED FROM THE CLASS THEY GIVE TO CORPORATE ON HOW TO LAY OFF EMPLOYEES!!!
He said loosing this contract caught dupre by surprise, but non-dupre drivers herd this was coming, BECAUSE THEY'VE BEEN TALKING ABUT IT UP HERE. And do you really think big companies get caught off guard like this without ever suspecting before hand??

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. they are telling me how sorry they are and how they are the real victims here, because they lost the contract. I'd be one thing if I made some money first, but the end of the first week of training!!! Everyone up here is certain they suspected this was coming, but just hoped it wouldn't, and then just hired me anyway.

I spent $1400ish to get up here, $1300 for a deposit and december prorated rent, and Now I'm stuck up here in a 6 month lease I signed a week ago, and I have no job. And they're just ignoring me, not their problem anymore, they were the real victim here, LOL.

Listen to my warning and read the other reviews online before you give up time out of your life on this planet for these people.

I booked a load with this company on 08/24. The load was going from IL to FL. A few hours later they canceled the load without paying "Truck Ordered Not Used" fee which is the industry standard. A person in front of Dupre is Randy, he is branch manager from AR. Stay away from this company.
