After more than 35 years of dealing with ocean freight forwarders, I was very aware of the problems one could encounter when switching to a new service provider. We switched to Delmar over 5 years ago and the professionals at Delmar made it much easier than I expected. They are the very best that I have ever used. Vishal Chouhan who handled our account at the beginning is very knowledgeable and was always available with answers to my questions. If there was an issue for which he did not immediately have the answer, he would get back to me in a very timely fashion, usually the same day. Now that his new position requires him to sometimes be away from the office, Adnan Das and Justin Chin have been providing the same level of professional service.

We also started using Delmar as our customs broker soon after we started using their freight services and this also turned out to be a very positive experience. Here too, switching was much easier than I expected with absolutely no problems.
