I was called and offered to haul a load for this company. They offered a fair rate and started the process of booking the load. After waiting patiently for the release numbers, I received this email,

I do apologize but when waiting for the reference numbers my coworker did book this load with another carrier for today and at a cheaper rate. I apologize for the mix up.
