Cole international as a company has been hugely helpful with all of our logistics needs. I have only recently taken over our logistics department, having very little previous experience, our account rep for our international shipping (aside from the US) has been nothing short of AMAZING. I have bombarded her with questions since I didn't know all of the processes and how to handle certain things. She has answered all of my questions happily and quickly. With the all of the difficulties happening in the shipping world these days I can only imagine how hard her job is but she's been patient and thorough and beyond helpful even though she is no doubt incredibly busy!!!

I also have another rep that handles our shipping involving the US who has had to deal with some majorly complicated logistics issues for us and she has done so patiently and promptly and has also handled all of my questions involving US shipping and helped me learn along the way.

All in all, every experience I have had with the employees at Cole have been nothing but great. The only thing I wish was better, and I don't know if this is anything Cole can change is the communication between them and the transport companies and myself. I think the problem is more so on the transport company side but better notice of deliveries would certainly make everyone's lives easier, especially when they involve needing forklifts on site and things of that nature.
