These guys are totally fraudulent. They run a subsidiary called phartteo Holdings which rent a furnished apartment.
What they basically do is get a security deposits initially and at the end of termination of lease they try to find the ways not to return the amount.

My Experience with CMS shipping was terrible, they led me on that i will get door to door service shipping from Canada to Africa which was paid for only for the container to get to Africa and they backed out despite all my efforts to get them to do what was paid for. I had to pay for the clearing and also transporting it to from the port with additional cost. The most annoying part is that they completely changed on all we discussed and agreed and no symphathy or support in getting this sorted, i sincerely will not recommend this company for any of your shipping/logistics, they are a complete rip off.

I wrote to a couple of companies in Canada when I needed to make a transatlantic shipment, and CMS wrote back within 24 hours with clear info, guidance and a solid quote. I asked for more info about actual service and it was both detailed and high quality, so I decided to work with CMS. It was the right decision. The follow-through was amazing as well -- all along the way, with the shipment including container pickup and delivery, trouble-shooting and more. It was a fair price -- others came in with higher costs and less detail/service. Marine shipping can be complex -- after all, there's weather out there on the ocean! And different processes and laws for importation in every country, not to mention cultural and language differences. I think CMS is amazing to be working across all that complexity, and I would work with them again without hesitation.

I did a shipment with them and it was as smooth and easy as can be. It was actually done direct with a major reputable company FedEx direct , as a third party biller at a really amazing price so how could I go wrong.

There should be an option for zero stars! This is the worst company you can ever deal with. Diana and her boss tried to rip us off an extra $500. after our shipment arrived, thankfully the receiving agent here was honest and got me my container without the fee CMS had hoped to put in their pockets. Diana told me the trucking company was going to charge the extra money so I phoned them and they said they were charging nothing extra...
CMS never bothered to send my shipment papers until the container had already arrive which ment I had to pay a daily storage fee until the paper work arrived and could be completed. Diana and her team of theifs have no idea what they are doing and have no issues lieing and stealing from customers. I will be following up this review with a lot more of them else where to help protect other people from this company, I also filed a complaint with BBB.
CMS and specifically Diana are a scam, avoid this company at all costs!

They do not provide much guidance. They provide you with a bill will harass you for the prove of payment of the money you owe them, but when it is about being proactive and helping you do not count on them.

They were very helpful whenever I asked for information, but when it came to actually shipping our belongings, there was a delay, after which we were charged extra "storage fees". Of course they blamed everything on subcontractors, but I sent my money to them, and they wouldn't refund the extra fees.
Would not recommend.
