    You MUST CALL THEM! Your shipment will set in their warehouse until you ‘push’ This is my second shipment. It happened both times. Even when I called. On hold for 33 min they answered. Went away to ‘figure it out’ then the call dropped . They did not call back !

    Placed an pickup order, waited for 4 days and then I called for another 4 days, every time they said they will come and pick up today, and every time they don’t show up . This is the most unreliable trucking company there is

    After taking a day off of work on two separate occasions to receive delivery of furniture ordered through Overstock with both being no shows and calls at the end of the day with hopeless explanations from Ceva that my packages were not on the delivery truck when could I reschedule I lost my patience. This ordeal went on for several weeks and fortunately I was able to resolve with Overstock to get a full refund as would refuse delivery had they attempted another time. Ceva are a logistical mess and Overstock admitted that I was not even the first that day that I called that had the same issues and wanted to cancel. If I could rate 0 stars for Ceva that is what I would rate them.

    Uno de los peores warehouses que puedes visitar. En el edificio Phase 3 hay un tipo que dice que es el supervisor. Pero eso es imposible porque no tiene la minima idea de que cosa es un cliente. Un grosero cualquiera. Por otro lado el sistema de seguridad para abrir y cerrar los gates es horrible. Tienes que llamar a una operadora como si estuvieras haciendo una llamada en los 80' a China...Puedes pasar horas perdidas aquí....

    I placed an order through an online retailer that used Ceva for the delivery of my couch. Well…anticipated delivery. A few days after placing my order, I received a message from Ceva saying that I needed to be home to sign for delivery. The online site allowed me to choose an appointment day and timeframe. I selected a Friday morning between 9am and 3pm the next week. I followed the shipment’s status in their online app. and was happy to see that it had arrived in Houston 2 days before my delivery date.

    I was surprised not to receive a phone call the day before to confirm delivery, but didn’t worry about it. When I hadn’t heard anything from them by 11am on my date of delivery, I logged back into the online app. and saw that it still hadn’t been marked as “out for delivery”. I called in and was originally told that my appointment had been moved until Monday. Then I was told that it hadn’t actually been moved to Monday. It had just been moved forward because my item couldn’t be found.

    I asked why I hadn’t been called and told that they wouldn’t be delivering that day. I had used a vacation day and could have gone into work had I known. I also could have not wasted my entire morning. They said they hadn’t called because they didn’t know where my couch was and weren’t going to call until they knew when they could reschedule for.

    I’m blown away by how inconsiderate and unprofessional that was. I asked if they would be able to deliver that day or over the weekend and was told that they would not be able to deliver that day. They also don’t deliver on weekends. There was never an apology for the inconvenience. There was never any real explanation given as to why I was told multiple stories on why the item wasn’t arriving. It kind of felt like maybe they just decided to take the day off and not do deliveries.

    Ceva is an inconsiderate and unreliable company. The end.

    Tuve un excelente impresion de este lugar y de su personal. A pesar de las malas resenas que tiene, al parecer han mejorado. Encargue un TV por internet y temi de perderlo, contacte a CEVA por telefono y me atendieron bien. Agendamos poder ir a recoger mi TV al almacen y todo fue rapido y preziso.

    Ordered an item from LCI on 1/20/2022. Estimated receiving date was 2/6/22. The item got to IAH on 2/3/22 at 6 in the afternoon. It is now 2/16/22 and still no item. I have tried calling this company numerous times with very rarely getting someone to answer. The two times someone did answer I was told I needed to call different numbers, and after trying to call the last number I was given multiple times and it going straight to voicemail, and never receiving a call back (The name of the last number I was given is Longoria incase the company actually decides to do something about their sleep proficient employees). I will be reaching out to LCI and other companies that use this disaster of a company to ship items for them, and inform them of how they should start looking for a new company to take care of their items and customers with more interest. As a business who has to apologize to their customers and listen to them yell at us because of this company is quite atrocious. Since we are the ones paying this company to slack off and not expedite orders quick. Anyone else who might think about using this company. Think again

    As others have said, this company is in no rush to pick up or deliver your item. My $1200+ purchase was rescheduled three times and is currently sitting somewhere in my city for the 3rd straight day after having missed they’re latest reschedule.

    CEVA is the absolute worst customer service experience that I’ve ever witnessed . I ordered an item from HOUZZ that was to ship on 12/2/21 . CEVA provided tracking that it shipped on 12/3 /21. It is 12/17/21 and I have not received my item ( $1,050.00 ) and I keep getting updates that my delivery is rescheduled .Where is my item ? This has been total frustration as I have contractors scheduled and can’t proceed without my item . After all of these horrible reviews - how can we get this company out of business ? They have ended my relationship with them and HOUZZ !!!

    The worst place on the Earth. They just do not want to give an empty even if they have bunch of trailers. They ask exact trailer number and when you provide it, they will give the one that is not empty and being unloaded.

    Bad choice ordering from MGD but after I order I had to deal with Ceva Logistic. First they have to many complaints and secondly they liars. I schedule my order to be delivered on Friday 11/19 they call left vm attempt delivery. After I call and call I spoke with Aida or whatever her name was and she said it will be deliver today 11/20 she call back and left a vm saying she can schedule the delivery. We'll check this out I'm disputing my payment due to fraud and Ceva yall keep the TV for your family for Thanksgiving. Learn communication is the key. Instead of ignoring and hanging up on a customer. Not sure why they didn't use Amazon and I am sure of this one ceva wil be out of business soon yeah the bug dogs Taking over.

    Horrible company, why is anyone using them at all! I Scheduled delivery last week for an item I purchased thru Costco, Ceva confirmed delivery the day before with a ridiculous time frame of 9am to 3pm window and no one showed and no one called. After multiple calls to Costco and finally talking to a live person they did not even have the package to deliver! Waisted a full day just waiting fir a deliver that they intact had not received yet! So if you have an order from Costco and you receive the delivery notification that it’s being delivered they Ceva, do yourself a favor and just call Costco and cancel the order!

    I am in agreement with every review on here by other customers!! I scheduled my delivery for my items for 11/4! No show! Called the finance company & this company & all they gave me was excuses!! I received no notifications or a call from anyone saying my shipment wouldn’t arrive on time! I took off of work because they said that someone has to be home to sign for the package!! This company is very unprofessional! Not only they couldn’t accommodate me for a rush delivery but the representative told me I can pick it up myself??? What??? This was a gift for my husband & I am not sure when we will receive the packages!! No communication at all! The representative wanted me to schedule for another day over the phone but we work! This company is ridiculous!

    Despite initial confusion on the delivery date, 2nd attempt was much smoother. Call on day of to confirm delivery timing and while this was supposed to be threshold service, the delivery team went beyond the minimum and helped get the furniture to the backyard.

    This delivery place is horrible, they've been having my order since sept13th and today is now October 6 and my tracking still does not say in transit. They wait until the day you should receive your order to basically tell you that you need to reschedule delivery and that's after you contact them to see what's going on. I'm not seeing how this company is still in business. They honestly don't deserve any stars that's how horrible it is.

    These people are terrible. They don't deliver your order at the scheduled time. They do not call either. There Houston number doesn't work but yet the 1800 number customer service keeps directing me there. For all I know, my order could be lost or delivered somewhere else because I can't speak to someone. I have called the website i ordered my furniture from to report them.

    Three different delivery dates and they blew everyone , called for two hours never talked to nobody. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST! PERIOD Update, I finally got my package's but they forgot one at the warehouse and came by the next day with it The driver was professional and very understanding his name was Mr. Bell they have a great employee in that man, give him a raise or at least a bonus.

    Would give zero starts if I could. Horrible company to deal with. Non-existent customer service. They lost my monitor for weeks and when they finally found it and attempted to deliver it they sent a driver with no credentials and then blamed me. Reaching out to customer service does no good...they give you non working phone numbers to call. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

    Absolutely abysmal company. Threshold delivery does not mean "its fine we will just drop it on the street bc its too heavy" when in reality you just sent one guy with busted equipment to do a delivery that multiple people should have handled. Spend more somewhere that uses an actual logistics company. CEVA is absolute garbage. They frequently take payment from retailers for services they know they will not provide, and most people just accept it, while CEVA pockets the money for the premium service.

    Don’t EVER do business with this company! My bed was supposed to arrive yesterday and I had a scheduled window for it’s delivery. It didn’t show up and NO ONE CALLED. It looks like I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. How inconsiderate to schedule a window with someone, they take off work, and you don’t even tell them you’re not going to be there. What’s worse is I moved meetings with important clients to be available. No one answers the phone when you call and I have no idea when my order will get here. Horrible.

    Terrible tracking and difficult to get ahold of an actual customer service representative. Have had packages not update status for days without any way to follow up. Scheduling process is also unreliable, both for pickup and delivery. Missed two appointments without any prior notification, or even notification after appointment was missed.

    Unfortunately, this review by itself doesn’t really matter because this is a company manufacturers and retailers will continue to use to ship oversized items. However, giving feedback to the companies and manufacturers that use this company will help them know what’s going on.

    Let's start with 5 day ground is 15 days still waiting ON delivery. Attempted deliver place was closed it's now 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO DELIVERY AND PHONE NUMBER IS INVALID ON WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY

    Ordered a dining table from overstock and half of it was delivered. I was given no timeline for the rest of my delivery (tabletop) but was told I would be contacted by CEVA to set up delivery. Of course I was never contacted and was given multiple phone numbers to CEVA by overstock to schedule my delivery. Tabletop shows to be sitting at warehouse for 2 weeks now, waiting for me to schedule delivery. I called multiple times a day for 2 weeks with not a single answer. Overstock attempted to contact them with no luck as well. Going through return process with overstock now.

    If I could give this company no stars I would. There customer service is horrible. Hold times for customer service are long. They do not update their system correctly and I have no idea how they are still in business. They only delivered part of my bed and the driver claimed the rest "might" be to me by the end of the week. Someone needs to really take a look into why this company still exists and companies should stop using them for shipping.

    They do not deliver on time. If you place an order and don’t mind receiving your package until December 31, 2099 then go for it. Other than that, avoid this company at all costs.

    The fact that this company has the word logistics in it is a complete joke. This company contacted me to set up delivery of furniture from Overstock.com on a specific date during a time window they provided. Not only did the items not get delivered in this time window, the customer service could not locate the item, stated it seems to be lost, and told us we should just sit at home at wait for two to three more days for delivery. I shouldn't need to explain to anyone how ludicrous that is. This company's primary mission is logistics, and it fails miserably.

    The only reason that I'm giving five stars is because I was lucky enough to find Ms. Longoria. She was able to help me even after hours, a person that cares about serving customers. if it wasn't for her I will give no stars, it's true nobody picks the phone up.
    Once Ms. Longoria scheduled my Mr. McCoy did a formidable job on the delivery being on time and super nice person.
    CEVA needs to seriously work on customer service, starting by picking up the phone.

    I have never seen such unprofessional services provider. They are supposed to pick up fitness equipment that we are returning. I have pave placed numerous calls, providing the number they issued to the seller. Every single time I called was at least 40 minutes on hold. When I finally got through, I spoke with rude or incompetent agents. This woman told me I need to call the local branch and gave me a Portland area code number. I explained I'm from Houston, however, she assured me that this is the number to call. When I called, the agent from Portland gave me the Houston number but it was a disconnected number.
    The pick up was scheduled between 9 am and 3 pm, it's after 3 pm already, and they did not arrive yet. I am at the end of my rope.. I can't talk to anybody, there is no email address or other communication method listed on the website, I am basically stuck.
    After seeing the reviews, all I can do is repeating several times:

    One of the worst available. I had an office delivery scheduled to which they never showed up for, then when I called them, they blamed me for it saying they came by and no one was there. (Its an office, we had at least a few people there including myself at the time they claimed they came by.) I could have excused this, however to make matters worse after we rescheduled the delivery guy calls us complaining about the one flight of stairs outside they have to walk up, saying that they refuse to walk up any stairs. Once they finally got the shipment to the office door, the continued to complain until I called them out for it. Thoroughly unprofessional, hilariously incompetent. It would bring joy to my life if this company went bankrupt. If you ever have the choice to do business with a competitor, definitely take that option.

    Very unpleasant experience, rude morning staff (Amelia in the pm better but has no power to change anything) but at least two friendly delivery guys showing up 3 (!) hrs after the delivery window (9a-3p). I called at 3:20p to ask where my TV was. After being out on hold for quite a while Amelia had reached the delivery guys to tell me I am last (!) on the schedule and it will be after 6pm!!! And now I look at the delivery papers and it is the WRONG delivery, for another customer!!! 0 stars would be more appropriate. tbc....

    By far, the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered a table on Amazon to be delivered on the 15th - 20th. Never heard from them. Spent hours trying to get a hold of them to find my table (is this some sort of scam where they hope you don't call?). Had to schedule a delivery. Scheduled for the 24th. 12-6PM window. They were going to call 30 min before delivery. No table. Call them. Another bogus answer why they "couldn't deliver" my table. Scheduled again for the 28th.

    Problem is, I just moved into a house and bought my first nice, large table. I had invited my entire family to come over and eat on the 25th. Scheduled delivery was 15th - 20th, so I should be fine, right? Nope. They are truly an awful company who Amazon NEEDS to sever ties with.

    I also told them I would just pick it up myself this evening. NOPE, you have to get "permission" from Amazon. I'm baffled by how incompetent they are. Stay far, far away.

    By far THE WORST company I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Very unprofessional as Customer service does not exist at Ceva. I ordered something from Academy online, it was supposed to be at my door on 12/21/2017, Ceva lied and said they called me to reschedule, and as of 1/1/2018 I have not had any response from this awful company. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE, unless you like not getting what you pay for. I cannot stress enough the fact there is no customer service, or accountability. Ceva doesn’t deserve the star I gave them, it was the only way to comment on this horrible business.

    We purchased an order online through academy. We were guaranteed that if we purchased before the 8th our order would be delivered before Christmas. It is currently 5:53pm Dec. 23 no package. When we called they said they made a time offer, but my husband and I haven't received a call, or text from them.
    If POSSIBLE AVOID GOING THROUGH THESE GUYS...
