Called to schedule a drop off and never showed up and didn't call. Rescheduled without a notice to me. Finally delivered and had damage on one of the tunes but luckily no damage on the product.

Slave driving place don't care who comes or goes

This company has absolutely atrocious customer service when it comes to answering phones. I had a considerably large order that I was trying to cancel and I could not get a live person to talk to to ensure that my order was canceled properly. And to put the icing on the cake, they did not show up when I had my scheduled delivery time. I most definitely WOULD NOT recommend Ceva Logistics to anyone for their shipping needs!

Atrocious automated system and even worse operator response time

By far the BEST company I have ever worked for & I'm no "spring chick" anymore. Several opportunities for advancement both locally & put of state, training programs if interested, but most importantly a team of employees that are "Family".
I love my job so much, I'm building a home closer to the facility. Want an amazing career with chances to succeed, I would start at the front door and the possibilities are endless & all.over the world as well. Terrible service and their automated operator makes me want to kill myself. Purposefully designed in hopes for you to hang up before they have to deal with a problem they created. Booooooooooooooooo

NEVER use this company for shipping!! I am sitting at home AGAIN waiting for my shipment (which I once AGAIN took off work to wait) AGAIN and nothing shows up. AGAIN, I have received no call or email to inform me. I have tried AGAIN to call the company and NO one answers the phone or they just put me on hold and never return. I tried the chat and no one responded. Honestly this is the WORST shipping company I have ever seen!!

These guys are horrible. I ordered a commercial fridge for my business. They called to set up a day for it to be delivered. I blocked off my day because they gave me a time gap between 9am and 1pm. Unfortunately, they never showed up and called the next week to reschedule. I have tried to call them about 30 times, but they simply hang up the phone as soon as it is answered. It has now been almost 3 weeks later and still no word.

After 45 minutes of being on hold the call disconnects. I did this 3 times before I got ahold of someone who gave me the wrong warehouse number and I had to call back again and was on hold for another hour before I got someone who then told me he didn't know where my package was. After about 20 minutes of talking to his manager he found that my package had been at a warehouse for over a week and I had to call them to get it delivered. He told me that he had already tried that number several times and couldn't get ahold of anybody and then gave ME the number to call. It took me two days of non stop calling before I got someone who said the would deliver it at the end of the week. At the end of the week they called to tell me they could not deliver my package that day and would have to reschedule for two weeks out. One month later I still do not have my package. Fingers crossed for this week!

If you wanna do 10 hrs break while being loaded, this is the right place for you

Great place, very organized no worries of wrong londing, or if they forgot about you, victor one of the guys in the dock. Is awesome. He will take care of you and get you unloaded or loaded in and out.

Ceva logistics was professional and my stop for 5 skids getting in and out of the gate wasn't more than 20 minutes. Thank You

They're a little slow to unload you sometimes they get behind but it's not too awful bad usually try to have you out of there within an hour maybe two

PRETTY MUCH ROUTINE MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE TO ENTER GATE OPEN SHARP AT 8AM (ET) LOATED ABOUT 30MIN AND ROLL
