Mixed feelings. Upon intial consulation and set up they were very helpful and guided me through the process as well as answered all my questions and showed me where I went wrong. Tracking of our part was poor. There was little to no updates. I had to follow up twice to confirm status. I understand there can be delays out of their control which is fine, however, consistent status updates would go along way.

This company has not only not delivered but took a full week out of our time Their terms are abusive and are not to be trusted at all. Do not make the mistake I made. avoid completely

C & D has always been fantastic. They return phone calls promptly, go out of their way to make sure you get the service that you need and their prices are reasonable. I felt I was calling rather too much on my last shipment with them and never once did they make me feel as though I was annoying. Keep up the good work! I look forward to working with David and the team in the very near future.

These guys just tried to call me with the yes scam where they ask you a few questions to get a recording of your voice and try to use it to make new charges on your account, very shady, similar to the yellow pages scam

Always have positive experiences when dealing with C&D - great communication from the admin staff!

Can't trust there quote, and in the end they add up dollars and charge back extra. Delay is big issues, so is materials handling and damages.

Dana and team at C&D Logistics consistently meet and exceed our expectations when it comes to our logistics needs. Their level of proactive communication is second to none! In an industry such as freight where issues happen outside of their control, this high level of communication is greatly appreciated. As the Founder and Executive Director of a Canadian Charity, we have had the need to import goods from China and also ship out goods to USA and across Canada. I would be lost if it wasn't for the support and knowledge of the great staff at C&D Logistics.

With one phone call and sharing our needs, the C&D team takes over and does all the work. I have been very impressed with the knowledge of this team but even more impressed on how they have supported our needs. To be able to get our orders out to our supporters on time and to bring in supplies from China through all the logistics of International shipping and paperwork, it has been a stress free relationship on our end. I also found that C&D Logistics was interested on building ongoing relationships as their pricing was so impressive and as a Canadian Charity, that was very important for us!

I got to go into the office and meet many of the C&D staff and owner Dana Matheson...the smiles were contagious and it was like a true family who cares. Through C&D Logistics, they also place a focus on community support through their C&D Cares program.

Poor customer service if your not a big company.

My Shipment was separated at a sort facility, Customer only got 1 of 12 pieces, needed them asap so he drove to pick them up from the facility. Over a month later and I'm still trying to get part of the shipping reimbursed. Terrible customer service, no responsibility. Wait weeks between emails. All I hear are excuses and no real answers.
Update: 7 weeks later and I am one of the few customers to receive an actual $$$ refund, not a credit. Although it did take too long, I am happy with the Final Outcome and will continue to use C&D Logistics for shipping. UPDATE: We have opened another location in abbotsford BC. C&D has been able to give us the best possible rate for our shipments from edmonton to abbotsford. Saving alot of money, changing my review to 5 star. Havnt had any issues since the first one, and in their defense c&d had used a 3rd party company for the shipment that got screwed up so I cant entirely blame them.
