Super easy and fast service

As our first shipping experience, we were quite clueless. We called around to a number of Brokers and Freight Handlers and Customs Brokers in an attempt to learn and shop around and get the best value for our investment and our future. Of all the places we talked to, this company was the most honest. Bret went out of his way to answer all our questions (and there were many). Elena was very open and transparent with all the dealings and the paperwork that had to occur to get our shipment here. They both put their heads together and worked out an issue that originated with the shipper. We all got that solved and Bret took phone calls and texts and answered us on the weekend, at night, didn't matter. He was very patient and caring and 100% professional. The fact that he gave his personal attention to our company and our first order was outstanding. He even put on a vest and helped us unload pallets of hot sauce and put in some sweat equity right alongside us. I would trust the Branson Team implicitly to get the job done and we will definitely hire them again. We can't thank them enough - especially Bret.
