Baileys Grand Junction did both packing and moving for us. Both teams were timely, efficient and polite.

I work for Benco Dental Supply. We use Bailey’s regularly for new equipment. Today I worked with Alex B. And Christian S. from the Grand Junction location. They were on time and very helpful.

Left majority of boxes in garage. Said there wasn't any room for them upstairs. Trusted them, should not have as upstairs was nearly empty. Had to ask for help from a friend to bring boxes upstairs.

Wonderful moving company experience! Trevor, Hal, Reuben and Vance were very professional and respectful to work with. My belongings arrived 500 miles away overnight! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price and amazing customer service.

I can’t say enough about the service we got from Bailey’s in Grand Junction, Colorado! They made my parents move the easiest on us all! When I flew over there to tie up loose ends and saw that they were not prepared for the movers to come I called to get packer over. And within 2 hours I had the best packers there to help. Chance and Deagan were the best!!!!!! They did the job in a half a day! I think these guys definitely need to be recognized as the best employees anyone could ask for!!!!! They need a raise for sure! They came back out to help load the truck the next day and again did fantastic!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

Really good

We moved from Colorado to Michigan in July of 2021. We have moved across country twice before so moving in our past it has worked out well.
They took 2 days to pack and load into an Allied truck.
We brought to Bailey's attention that one of the boxes, pictured. They had packed a box full and then added an antenna for our Dish system under on of the flaps of the box. At our request they did repacked the box.
Upon unpacking our boxes we found multiple items damaged and some destroyed. One broken piece that was damage was wall art that we purchased when we lived in Arizona. They had placed that piece into a box that contained shoves racks and other outdoor tools. My wife's sewing table had pieces that were bent, the table top had a damaged corner, probably dropped. We did lose a couple of glasses, kind of expected. We had a pole lamp light that is totally useless now. It had been totally taken apart and one of the metal pole pieces was actually bent. This lamp stand had a concrete base that fit under the bottom piece of the stand to give it some weight, that piece was found in another box which I suspect it was broken prior to the actually loading into the Allied truck. We had a coat rack/umbrella stand that is useless now because the center stand with the hooks is no where to be found.
When I spoke to our rep from Bailey's we were told that their responsibility for any damage ended when the boxes were actually packed into the Allied truck.
As far as a Allied claim goes, buyer beware. The hoops that you have to navigate through are substantial.
All in all a terrible move.

I moved from Grand Junction Colorado to Inverness Florida used this company for my big move. So my husband didn't have to cause of is medical issues. We moved out here to get medical treatment in Florida, he is a Disabled Veteran and unable to do the big move his self. From the beginning they did not bring boxes to pack my kitchen and loose end items. So, I had to figure it out on my own. Lost over $600.00 in merchandise, had to give away my house products. Do to them not bringing the boxes Made a down payment for them to even start the job, took from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. to pack up my house in there truck. Left my Clifton house trashed with shipping tape and mud . Took 2 Hours to clean before my new home buyer took over the property. Had my belongings in Storage from Dec 12/13/21 to February 02/22/22 was closing on my new house in Inverness, Florida. This company charged my husband almost $17,000.00 to end up receiving our home house wears in pieces. All big items to small were either smashed, scratched, dented or just plan broken. Called the office immediately when they delivered my belongings they through everything in my garage and front room. Did not even come close to reassembling my items. Cause they did not have my hard wear to put my belongings back together. From entertainment stand, dresser, china hutch to you name it. Every item was missing screws, hitches and exedra. My family heritage items were in pieces as well, which every body knows that is priceless. China Hutch does not stand properly frame bent and broke. The bottom off my book shelf is snapped off its not being used at all right now. Left my big screen TV's in there shipping boxes on the floor Had 3 of them. Dropped countless items in the back of their truck. Tapped my posters together with shipping tape. I have honestly never seen anything like this in my life. Trashed my brand new carpet was white now black from there wheels and shoes all through out my new home. Carpets need cleaned now and not sure if the stains will come out. Had the decency to leave all the boxes for me to pay the trash company. My emotions are stunned and having to put this all together by myself was a task in its own self. Delivery day was March 3, 2022 and just unpacked my last box March 7,2022 I'm super sore and heated right now. Most of it is still unable to use and my husbands surround sound system is destroyed looks like we went shopping at the city dump. When we have worked so hard for everything we own. This is un called for and I want the world to know about my situation and think twice before you hire this company to move you a cross the country. It is their profession but, they defiantly need to work on treating peoples belongs with care.
"Man !!! What a rip off". Very disappointed in what they did to a Disabled Veteran. Specially when he is down and out. What I was told by the office was to file a claim and they took all our money and no refund what so ever. Advice sell all your belongings and cars if you move long distance or hire reputable company that does care. Or do it yourself for way cheaper. Between transporters and this company we spent more than $25,000.00 This was the biggest move of our lives and suppose to be stress free. But in my own opinion don't use them.

Bailey's Moving company helped me move from Grand Junction to the Denver area. We had bad weather during our move dates with snow and ice for much of the loading and the driving. Austin, Ben, and Brayden were professional, polite, and efficient. They made the drive through the snow and met me early the next day at my destination. They took great care in loading mirrors, glass tables, other delicate items, and very heavy furniture. Would definitely recommend using Bailey's and will use them again in the future.

Everyone in the company was professional from Jamie the estimator to office staff. The movers did a good job of packing up belongings and deliver them to new location. They also made an extra stop to pick up couple more items.

I needed to move relatively quick from Cortez to Montrose, CO. They were able to fit me in between other moves.
The team that came to load and the team that unloaded only changed by 1 person. It was awesome both times. Customer service was great, and they took great care handling our goods. For our final move once our house gets built, is going to be done by Baileys.
The crew of Brian, Jason, Logan, and Dean really hustled yet were consciencious about our items. The hardest part for me was watching others work. I wanted to help but was advised by Brian that we hired them to do it, so I stayed out of their way unless questions were asked as to where boxes went. As noted above, we plan on contacting Bailey's on our final move. I hope the same crew is still employed there, but have confidence that the same excellent work ethic and attitude will be there. I should also note that Jamie and Michelle were quick and efficient getting the logistics handled.

The staff at Bailey’s are very professional, compassionate and trustworthy. A couple of crew members Chase and Brian delivered our furniture and they both handled everything with such care as if if it was their’s. They both were professional and compassionate as well.

The from booking to pickup the Bailey's have been fantastic. The office was efficient and helpful with the contract. They were quick to answer any email or call. Troy and crew were especially helpful during the pickup.

Sam McCarver was the Crew Chief on the delivery and Vance was his co-worker. This was a delivery after packing up a house and roughly nine months of storage led by Jamie Fair. Both Sam and Vance were polite and courteous and a few of the items were heavy and awkward but they handled them with care. I had an appointment with them for 4:30, at 4:45 I called and they told me Jessie was on his way. He never showed up, I never got a call. When I called at 4:45 to make sure I wasn’t wrong about the appointment they confirmed I was on the schedule. I took time off work to meet him and didn’t even get a phone call to reschedule.
With moves being so time sensitive right now you would think a moving company would be on time for an estimate, I was shocked that even after calling to get confirmation that I didn’t even get a call to reschedule...
I will tell everybody not to use them...

Great experience! Jay, James and Brandon made it so easy for us they were on time. They managed our things with utmost respect we do have two motorcycles and of other fragile belongings that were cared for immaculately. Not only did they ask where we wanted to put things they made sure and got rid of any boxes while we were going through things before they left even recommended to call the trash companies to pick up anything left over which was free of charge for us just check with your local company that you choose. We have a ton of animals and each one was loved as well,our nala made a new friend Brandon was awesome

I had originally hired another company for my local move. When that company arrived, their truck broke down and oil leaked on the street in front of my house. It took an hour to get another and smaller truck. They did a good job but could only do half the job. Made plans with them to finish the move, 2 days later. Friday rolls around and I get a phone call that their driver has truck problems and can’t make it to work. This now makes my move very delayed as they couldn’t do the job until Monday!
I called Bailey’s and within 15 minutes they scheduled a move for me the afternoon that I called! What a life saver! Brian’s team showed up, did a walk through of the house and immediately got to work. They were professional, friendly and motivated to help me get the job done. I had asked that they only move my furniture but when we had extra space in the truck, they grabbed already packed boxes and took them too. After arriving at the new house, the unloading was smooth. They placed every item exactly where I requested and never once grimaced when I asked if they could adjust the location. I have large, heavy furniture and they took care when handling each piece. Michelle and Jamie back at the office were professional and deft at managing the logistics and move. I’m so very happy they were able to fit me into their day! Took my stress right away! I will recommend Bailey’s to all my friends when they have moving needs. I can’t say enough good things about this company!

The gentlemen who came to move my piano were very professional, the head guy knew exactly what he wanted done and how to do it without any problems. They were also professional with the drop off house as well.

We selected Bailey’s for our move because we were impressed, based on the conversation with the Bailey’s employee who came to our home and completed the estimate, with the professionalism and attention to detail that he demonstrated. We have a number of antiques, and he explained in detail that these items would be wrapped in both bubble wrap and blankets and the movers would exercise extreme care in moving them. In addition, we selected, for an additional charge, the option to have our mattresses transported in boxes. We were happy to pay this charge so that they would be protected from damage and soil. Bailey’s was not the cheapest estimate we received but we believed that they would provide the highest quality service.
On the day of our move, the team was friendly and efficient. As it turns out, they were too efficient. Our antique buffet, which has a door with the original glass, was not wrapped at all and the door was not even secured. One mover picked it up and the door swung open, shattering the glass. This could have been prevented with the basic, promised protocols.
When the movers arrived at our new home and began to unload our furniture, we realized that our mattresses had not been boxed as we had instructed, and as a result they were soiled.
I emailed our contact requesting that the charge for the boxes be refunded since we did not receive them. It took more than a week and two follow-up emails before I received the refund. No apology, no explanation, just a curt email.
We have filed a claim for the damage to the antique, as well as to a desk which was also damaged. As far as we can tell, there is no ability for us to track the claim, so we have no idea what if any action has been taken on the claim. We are hopeful that it will be resolved satisfactorily.
We were quite pleased with 95% of the service we received from Bailey’s. In a service business, however, the test of a quality business is how that business responds when something goes wrong. So far, they have failed.

Bailey's moved me from Grand Junction to Denver. I highly recommend them and would use them again. From the thorough quote from Jaime who came to my house with a mask for COVID-19 protection, to Michelle in the office who made multiple contacts pre-move to ensure logistics were in place and encouraged me to practice self-care during the process, to Brian the lead mover and the other movers - all exceeded my expectations. Brian and the assistant movers were professional, courteous, and took precautions to ensure no damage was done to the houses where they loaded and unloaded. Furniture that required disassembly was properly reassembled when unloaded. All of my furniture and belongings arrived at my new home without and issues. It was a huge relief to have the move go so well!

This company was absolutely fantastic. They drove from Grand Junction to Denver to help pack us up and drive it up to junction for us. They were very friendly and made our move so easy. And the receptionist was not only professional in working with us, but she made sure to get every thing set up for us and made the transition extremely easy. She most definitely deserves a raise!!!

The crew of 4 men was able to move everything from my 3 bedroom home to our new home (locally) in 6 hours. The crew was hard working and courteous. If there was a negative it was only that there was not good communication. I never received a call the day or two before to confirm the move or to let me know what time they would arrive. Moving is stressful as it is and I think a call a day before the move would have been helpful. I would still recommend Baileys to anyone needing a great moving company.

This is the third time I've gone with Bailey's moving. This last time I also utilized the storage unit until we could prepare to have our items moved in. Each time has been amazing. I will never make a move on my own again. Bailey's is wonderful, from friendly costumer service to being flexible with scheduling. The movers were kind and caring with our valuables and moved everything in a quick timely fashion. I have and will continue to recommend them. It's so worth it!

Brian & his crew did a great job. This was a difficult unpacking of the truck since it would not fit under the entryway into the property. They worked hard & got the job done. They placed the furniture & boxes where we wanted them. This required moving some long distances. They also helped out with some other issues for us. They did all this with a great attitude!

I’m completely pleased with Bailey Moving and Storage.
As a single woman, I might say I moved from Colorado to New Mexico ‘by myself’— but that wouldn’t be entirely true.
I had the cheerful, courteous, professional, really strong men of Bailey’s Moving and Storage loading up the truck, driving it over 4 Colorado mountain passes to New Mexico.
They put everything, including boxes exactly where I wanted them so I wouldn’t have to wear myself out lugging boxes around.
Did I mention they moved my pottery studio? Two kilns, a slab roller, many buckets of clay and tools.
And my rocks. Many pounds of rocks.
Nothing was broken, and they never complained at how terribly heavy it all was.

Baileys was amazing!!! Truly appreciate all their help. We had to move our parents cross country and they were on time, professional and took great care of our parents! No run around or gimmicks..we knew the price going in, and they honored it!!!!

Over priced for the move. Was charged for a 4 hour minimum to move 10 items (Which is fine, I guess, and I agreed to that) however, expected a professional move for that kind of price. Instead got three young guys with little to no experience. They damaged the door to the rental and door to my new house with the couch and in turn the couch itself. I left a review through the email service and got called back from someone being confrontational about "resolving" things. Which I stated that I did not want to deal with filling a claim and dealing with all of that. The conversation ended with him stating he will delete the review!!! Would not recommend.

Changes took place that I wasn’t expecting but they tried very hard to accommodate me in every way. They were very professional, kind, careful, and such gentlemen. A truly pleasant experience!

Save your money and do it yourself! It's not worth the price you have to pay if they brake your things. For some reason the guys thought it would be a good idea to stack my wooden chairs out in the road before getting them in the truck and they fell and broke. Now I have to pay to get them fixed on top of them over charging me because they are only giving me 60 cents/lb.

We had to move from Colorado to California and we went with Bailey. They were awesome! Very helpful and understanding. The packers were great and the driver they hired was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to have moved us.

The most professional and well organized moving company I've used!

I want to effusively thank Logan Groves and his crew for the very hard work they put into moving me. I had some very large furniture items that they were able to weave and wind through narrow staircases and tight corners, with no damage whatsoever to the furniture or to the walls/floors. They were on-time, quick, and skilled, on what was a very hot morning. They were extremely friendly and made sure to double-check with me that everything was where I wanted it. I'll happily use Bailey's Moving and Storage again if the need should ever arise.

Our crew showed up early, and worked fast and hard. We were amazed to see how quickly and carefully they moved through the whole process! The crew was courteous and very professional; they even helped us rearrange the furniture a few times while we were deciding on room layout! I can’t begin to say how impressed I am with Bailey’s Moving and Storage in Grand Junction, Colorado. We initially received a quote from Bailey’s and signed a contract. Then we started receiving calls from other companies, one of which is out of Florida, for a much lower price, but they required a down payment. So we decided to go with instead. Two days before our proposed move we received what they call their “quality assurance “ review. They asked us to count the number of boxes and then proceeded to tell us the cubic feet was much higher than expected. So another down payment. Then on the day of the move they said the cubic would be doubled and tried to almost double the cost of the move. We told them to take a hike, we were not going to use them. These people are crooks. The down payments were non-refundable. Even though it was embarrassing we called Bailey’s back, explained the situation. They scheduled a truck for two days later at the same price they had originally quoted. As I’m sitting here watching these guys wrap the furniture I am so impressed with the care they are giving to our possessions. Bailey’s said that if a moving company asks for a down payment, run, because they are not legit.

Everyone with Bailey's Grand Junction was very professional and pleasant to work with, and special appreciation/thanks goes to Mr. Jamie Fair, who - though he was not required to do so - came to our home to help out at a crucial time during the very hectic, stressful day of packing the van and vacating the house. We needed help with moving heavy furniture left by the freight company outside our house. Bailey’s responded as soon as a crew was available. We appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to help with a small task. Baileys also helped us with an interstate move. We would use them again!

I had a move from one out of area location to an even more remote one. Bailey’s came through with flying colors. They were easy to deal with and were able to squeeze in my move with short notice. I got several quotes from GJ companies - one response was ‘too busy’ for this more complicated move, another didn’t want it either so wanted 3x what Bailey charged. Bailey’s never hesitated, Jamie provided an initial quote on the phone which helped greatly in my planning. He was also always available for pre-move questions and ‘hand holding’ during this stressful process. The crew moved fast and competently and were super nice and comfortable to be around. Nothing damaged, took care to not ding any part of the houses. And all this was done on a 100 degree afternoon! I would recommend them without hesitation.

I hired Bailey's Moving and Storage to move my personal belongings from my residence to a storage unit. The three gentlemen showed up as scheduled and the entire time these three gentlemen were nothing except totally professional and very helpful. Tadis was our driver extraordinaire who had great crews on both ends of the move. The only one of our previous 3 moves who made sure everything was wrapped. Except for an occasional box in the wrong location when unloading this was the best move of moves.
