I sent a package to Europe in December (it's March). They said it's lost and asked for proof of what's inside and will recover. I sent all the receipts and pictures (almost $1000 worth of value in box including items from my family members) they sent me $213 today, after 3 months. Never had such bad experience and they don't even care. Every time I call they say the manager will call me back, but the manager never called.

Sent 2 packages to Ukraine through them in December 9th 2021, today is February 8th 2022 packages still in transit, called company, they said yes your packages in transit but we can't track it. What???? How is this possible???? This was my LAST time ever to have an any business with them, but also with Dolynka as well because if they are working with AEC they should take responsibility as well!!!! Now they steal!!
I have given them my package/small gifts,including brand new IPhone 12 Pro (1.300$) for my niece/ in June 2021 to deliver to Europe. The package was stopped in Poland customs and after 3 weeks I was asked to pay 386$ customs fee which I have paid. After another month I was told that the iPhone has been stolen and they are investigating.
The customer service didn’t explain anything!
There is NO integrity or responsibility in Atlantic Express Corp.
Don’t TRUST this company to deliver anything!!!

I have shipped a package on June 19th, 2021 through UniPol Travel using the services of Atlantic Express and paid for the package to be shipped by air. I was told at the time of shipping that this will be 8-10 days delivery time. I disclosed the package contents as required and the value (electronics and two pair of shoes with a total value of less than $700). The package was stopped in customs and I had to submit documents showing proof of purchase for all the items in the package which I promptly did. My package is still not delivered as of today July, 25th 2021 and I was sent an invoice for $302.25 custom fees that I already paid. This is for a package containing electronics and shoes with a total value of less than $700... As of right now I am still waiting for the package...
Trying to talk to someone in a managerial position representing Atlantic Express is useless since they are saying that there is no manager or supervisor available...
I will never use the services of this company again...
