I have used Art Logistics for importing fragile artwork from France on several occasions over the past few years, and have always been very happy with the service provided. absolutely rubbish service, they couldn't even be bothered to give me a quote. I had to call five or six times over the space of three days and emails went unanswered, I was (trying) to deal with a guy called Brian who was completely useless and gormless. It's a shame because I use to work with them a lot a few years ago when I was working in a different gallery and I'm not sure if they've changed management but the difference in customer service is absolutely shocking.

Parking in the yard, you must have a relative class-driving experience coupled with skills. The compound is slanted at an angle making it very hard to make a levelled loading.

Sometimes there is road work just around the gate. Cars parked on both sides of the road. The gate is just there! Waiting for the gate to be opened, you're blocking traffics from both sides.
