    This company disrespect all drivers. They don't help drivers those stuck out side on the road. I would request to all my fellow drive veer. Avoid this company. Don't waste your time for compnay, Waste time for them those respect you and your time.

    These guys should quite the logistics business, no active tracking, if you call them they will tell how much they are overwhelmed with, well then you are NOT qualified to do this business .
    Expecting a package since 2 days and in-spite of numerous calls there is little to no attention.

    Had a package(s) delivered by AIT logistics for crate and barrel. One piece of the product was severely damage. I refused delivery of that unit. My wife called crate and barrel to determine what piece we should keep and return, the delivery person became anxious and unwilling to listen to my concerns and questions about the situation. He wanted to leave because he had other deliveries and didn’t have time for us to figure out what should be done.

    My goal was to gain information from the crate and barrel and compare it to what his supervisor told him to do. In short to eliminate extra delivery/return of any unneeded packages.

    I found this particular delivery person rushed, unwilling to answer questions. He filled out my acceptance paperwork hurriedly and told me to sign, as if he didn’t want me to review it. I felt as if he wanted to drop off packets and leave.

    Additionally, we were given a delivery window of 11-3 with a 30 min call ahead time. The delivery Person called at 10:15ish to say he was on his way and immediately pulled up in front of my house.

    In short poor delivery experience at the customer level. Unprofessional, rushed and rude. I strongly recommend that crate and barrel find another delivery company for my region, this was a bad look for their company.
